December 3, 2008 - Boise, Idaho
The Associated Taxpayers annual conference in Boise included presenters who suggested the following considerations when governing and setting policy in Idaho in the year ahead.
* Consider removing the corporate income tax in Idaho in order to stimulate the economy and job creation.
* Recognize that polling sentiment with Idaho voters appears to be to maintain the status quo at the state level.
* Targeted cuts in government and in business are better than across-the-board budget cuts.
